Lilian Elvir is Administrative Assistant.

She coordinates the team to inform the community before and after a disaster. Lili also supports the administration and medical supply team.

Lilian joined Living Hope in 2011 as a board of directors,she was a member from 2016 to 2021. After Hurricane Harvey, she was part of the recovery fund distribution team.

Lilian is a Honduran immigrant who emigrated in 2003. She was a victim of domestic violence, and as a result, she was confined to a wheelchair. 

She lives in Houston with her family.
