Guillermo (Memo) De La Rosa, is the Communications and Marketing manager for Living Hope. He coordinates the team responsible for popularizing the work and voice of the Living Hope community. Memo is a specialist in social networks and training people to be spokespersons. He also provides support with information and technology issues.
Memo is one of the founding directors of the Living Hope Wheelchair Association, having worked in management for many years.
For four years, he has been part of the National Catholic Disability Alliance, as well as serving on the committee of the transportation agency, Metro, to improve transportation in the city of Houston.
After Hurricane Harvey, he was part of the disaster justice program. He focused on coordination for response and recovery. In 2010 he joined the fundraising program.
He was also a member of the board of directors. Memo has been working for social changes and public policies for a long time.
Memo emigrated in 2000 from Zacatecas Mexico
In 2003 he suffered a car accident, as a result of which he became a quadriplegic.
He lives in Houston with his family.
